Habitat 500 Training Tips
Finishing, not demolishing, the 500 is the goal of our riders. Getting ready physically isn’t as demanding as many people think. And it can be a lot of fun. Remember that when it comes to the ride that you will have all day to cover the day’s miles and all week to get through 500 of them. Add plenty of food stops, encouragement and scenery along the way and almost anyone who sets their mind to it can do it.
